Mitchell Gutman has worked in production and location management for over twenty-five years. He works extensively in Vancouver, BC, and Los Angeles, CA, providing comprehensive consultation services in those metro areas, as well as permitting services throughout North America. He has worked extensively as a Line Producer, Location Manager, and 1st Assistant Director, and has built his career on the fundamental principles of mutual respect, communication, and equity.
He is a member of the DGCBC, LA Teamsters Local 399, and LMGI, and has also acted as a municipal Film Liaison with Angusfilm and CEG Management since 2024, where he specializes in establishing and maintaining professional best practices for communities based on real-world conditions, requests, and feedback. He prioritizes safety and sustainability with a positive, creative, can-do outlook, and always seeks to learn and improve with each experience.
Mitchell Gutman
Andrew Suttar brings more than a decade of experience in film and television production in British Columbia, with a background spanning Assistant Directing, Location Management, and Production Management. His experience across feature films, television, and independent productions gives him a practical understanding of both the creative and logistical demands of bringing a project from planning through production.
A member of the Directors Guild of Canada, BC District Council, Andrew’s approach is grounded in communication, creative problem-solving, and strong relationships between productions, crews, locations, and communities. Collaborative and solutions-focused, he draws on an extensive network of industry professionals to bring together the right people and resources for each project.
Andrew Suttar
Stephen Lang is a Vancouver-based production professional with decades of experience working across major film, television, and commercial productions. Known for his ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with show runners, producers, and executive producers, Stephen brings a level of industry access that is difficult to replicate.
His established connections with municipalities, parks authorities, and provincial government bodies make him a trusted liaison for complex, large-scale film projects. Whether the goal is finding the right location, navigating permitting, or tightening a production budget, Stephen delivers the on-the-ground expertise that keeps shoots moving.
